This document outlines the comprehensive onboarding process for merchants integrating with Swiftramp Money, from initial contact to going live.

Overview

The onboarding process for merchants with Swiftramp Money is designed to ensure a smooth and seamless integration experience. The steps outlined below guide merchants through each stage, from initial discussions to going live with Swiftramp Money’s infrastructure.

Onboarding Steps

  1. Introductory Call: A call is scheduled between the merchant and the Swiftramp team to understand the merchant’s requirements and integration goals.
  2. Commercial & Product Discussion: The Swiftramp team discusses the commercial terms and proposes a suitable product solution.
  3. Communication Setup: Communication channels are created between both teams for smooth coordination.
  4. Sandbox Dashboard Access: The merchant receives dashboard access and can generate Sandbox API keys to start testing in the sandbox environment.
  5. KYB Submission: The merchant submits KYB (Know Your Business) details while continuing sandbox testing.
  6. Integration Validation: After sandbox testing, the merchant validates the integration with the Swiftramp team.
  7. Commercial Finalization: Commercial terms are finalized and a license agreement is signed.
  8. Production Access: The merchant receives Production Dashboard access and generates production API keys.
  9. Production Testing: Final testing is completed in the production environment.
  10. Go Live 🎉: After successful testing, the merchant goes live and users can start using Swiftramp’s services.
